1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a subscription or initiating a free trial, you confirm that you agree to all terms stated within this document. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site/service.

2. Service Provision

4kvision provides IPTV routing services that give you access to standard digital channels. We are not responsible for the content broadcasted over the channels nor do we host any of the media provided. Our service relies on external server connections, and while we strive for 99.9% uptime, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance or external network issues.

3. User Conduct and Account Sharing

Unless explicitly stated in a multi-device plan, standard subscriptions permit only one active connection per account at any time. Sharing accounts, attempting to bypass stream limits, or restreaming our content on public networks is strictly forbidden and will result in permanent account suspension without refund.

4. Content and Channel Availability

Channels, VODs, and available sports events are subject to change without notice. We provide no guarantee that any particular channel or specific content will always be available.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of the terms outlined herein, including but not limited to abuse of support staff, illicit sharing of M3U lines, or chargeback fraud.
